Therapeutic massage for pain, illness, injury and stress conditions are eligible for FSA pre-tax spending.   A letter of medical necessity from your PCP has more recently become necessary for FSA approval. ABK can provide receipts necessary for FSA submission.

At this point in time, massage therapy is considered a feature and not a benefit by the healthcare system. ABK does not directly bill insurance. We can give you a receipt for your treatments that you can then submit to your insurance company (third party billing). Every plan is different and each time a client submits for massage therapy reimbursement, the healthcare industry is reminded of the therapeutic benefits of massage as a medical necessity.
